
President & Founder, Ms. Natasa Mekic, is a globally recognized subsurface scientist with over 27 years of multidisciplinary expertise spanning geoscience, petrophysics, geology, and geophysics within the oil and gas industry, having served major service companies such as Baker Hughes, Halliburton and Weatherford International. She is known for cultivating strong global relationships and consistently delivering high-impact solutions across technical, commercial, and executive domains.
Her reputation is built on decades of successful collaboration with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams worldwide.
She has contributed to industry defining challenges over the past two decades from tight and unconventional reservoir development to today’s energy transition.
She also contributed to academia as a faculty member, teaching assistant, and mentor to graduate students across numerous universities in the United States and Europe.
Natasa was a principal collaborator in federal infrastructure safety, having co-authored a nationally adopted geophysical methodology for evaluating drilled shaft integrity and subsurface diagnostics. Her work led to the FHWA methodology (FHWA-CFL/TD-05-003), formally incorporated into U.S. Department of Transportation specifications. She also contributed to UXO detection projects and QA/QC workflow development under U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards.
She remains committed to shaping the future of energy through data-driven excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable technology solutions that bridge petrophysics, software integration, and emerging energy domains.
She holds 14 innovative patents and has authored over 30 published papers. Natasa is a member of SPE and SPWLA.

Mr. Milan Mekic is Strategic Advisor to PetroDexia LLC. He brings over 25 years of executive-level experience in corporate finance, management consulting, and government advisory roles. Based in Serbia, he serves as a strategic advisor to PetroDexia LLC, supporting the company’s growth, operational resilience, and global positioning.
His core strengths include the preparation of investment and business plans, leading due diligence and M&A projects, and implementing compliance standards tailored to diverse regulatory landscapes. He has advised on corporate governance frameworks, financial reporting systems, and treasury operations, ensuring fiscal integrity and strategic agility across both private and public sectors.
Mr. Mekic is highly skilled in turnaround and restructuring initiatives, project management, asset and business valuation. His ability to navigate regulatory and legal complexities allows him to offer sound guidance on organizational risk and strategic positioning.
He routinely delivers business process enhancement recommendations, workflow analysis, and operational improvements that drive measurable results.
